Incident Details
An earlier fault with the signalling system between Birmingham New Street and Wolverhampton has been resolved. As service recovers, trains running between these stations may still be cancelled, diverted, delayed by up to 20 minutes or terminated at Birmingham New Street.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
London Northwestern Railway / West Midlands Railway customer advice:
Trains travelling to / from Shrewsbury will divert via Darlaston. Smethwick Galton Bridge will not be served.
